Fishing
Black Lake is known for great fishing – with its panfish, large and small mouth bass, northern pike and crappies. In the early spring, the lake is a hot spot for bullhead fishing. Catfish can be caught year round on the lake as well.
Dock space is available for rent at the campground and the state boat launch is located just minutes down the road. If an adventure on the world-renowned St. Lawrence River is more of your thing, Chippewa Bay – just minutes down the road from the camps has a boat launch as well.
